She whispers in my ear
Such subtle words that stay jogged in my brain
She stays running through my mind it drives me insane
Yet the way she’s wrapped around my mind
Her arms around my head and my head to her heart
Wrapped in white sheets covered in black ink
Our love burns through paper and into visions
Not a sin but I lust to cling to her like religions
Cause were loud and obnoxious when were together
Sun dried deserts but she gets me wet in any weather
Cause she rains down thoughts on my clouded intellect
Such a brain storm that I must project
So as her simple touch nears
I prepare, to write down all the joy, the pain, and the fears
That we share together because we are loved as one
Her voice, the words, the mind, the hand, the pen, and the paper it’s begun
She whispers in my ear
Such subtle words that stay jogged in my brain
She stays running through my mind…
Poetry…
She drives me insane.
